Turn your industry expertise
into software you can sell.

Build a new revenue stream around a product you own. We work out what your first version needs, design and build it, and launch it with a marketing site. You can start onboarding customers and charging for it.

The investment on my end was absolutely worth it.

You know the problem.
You want to build the product.

You’ve spotted a product opportunity through your business, your work, or your audience. You’ve decided to fund it. Now you need someone who can understand the idea, work out what to build first, and get it launched.

You’ll work with Chase on the product and technical decisions. He brings in designers and other specialists when needed and stays responsible for the build.

From the first decisions
to your first release.

01

Define the right first release

We work through how customers will use the product, decide what belongs in the first version, and agree on how to test it. We investigate technical risks before committing to an approach.

02

Design how customers use it

We design the screens and how people move between them. Where a prototype helps, you can try it before development. Each design milestone includes two rounds of consolidated revisions.

03

Build the product

We build the application, agreed integrations, signup and payment flows, and the tools you need to manage it. You review working software at milestones and receive a progress update each week.

04

Introduce it to the market

A basic marketing site of up to five pages, with launch copy, responsive design, a clear customer action, and analytics.

05

Test, launch, and hand over

We test the agreed customer journeys and deploy the product with appropriate security, backups, and monitoring. We give you code and account access under the payment terms, document how it works, and show you how to run it.

Over the last 3 years, Chase managed to bring my vision for a first-of-its-kind software to life. He was quickly able to understand complex accounting processes and translate them into a widely complimented program, as well as temper expectations for realistic timelines and still manage to overdeliver!

Chase’s excellent communication ranges from writing clear emails and running effective meetings to explaining complex code in simplified terms. His passion, flexibility, leadership, and good nature has made him a highly valued member of my team!

Help with your first demos and customers.

Sales demo kit

A demo account with realistic sample data, a walkthrough script, and a short recording you can reuse in sales conversations.

First-customer pilot kit

An invitation template, participant checklist, feedback questions, and a tracker to organize your first customer trial.

AI-native launch foundation

We make product information clear and accessible to AI search tools. We also connect one agreed product workflow to AI assistants through an API or MCP, with permissions, testing, and instructions for using it.

We agree on the integration before building. Additional agent features are priced separately. We can’t guarantee that AI tools will recommend your product.

Know what you’re building
and what it costs.

Custom build quotes range from $10K to $75K, depending on scope. Pay upfront, in scheduled monthly installments, or at milestones. Every payment plan has a defined total and schedule.

Before you sign, we explain what’s included, expected hosting and vendor costs, and how we handle changes. Smaller builds start with a 4–6-week estimate. We set the timeline for your project after scoping.

Chase leads up to two builds at a time. We agree on an available start date based on the work involved and existing commitments.

We fix defects in the agreed work.

Launch acceptance

Before building, we agree on the tests the product must pass. If a defect in our work causes a test to fail, we fix it at no additional charge before final acceptance and payment under your payment plan.

30-day defect coverage

If something we agreed to build doesn’t work, report it within 30 days after launch. We fix covered defects at no additional charge, even if the fix takes longer than that window. New features and changed requirements are quoted separately.

When a new freelance client, FraudFindr, approached my company with the largest software development project I’d ever pitched, Chase was the only software engineer I was willing to trust with the project. I had complete confidence not only in his technical abilities, but in his communication skills and reliable work ethic. He is humble, kind, and extremely knowledgable. I knew if I trusted him with this long-term commitment, the work would be completed on-time and that he’d go above and beyond to deliver a best-in-class software product.

Thanks to my partnership with Chase, FraudFindr has since scaled into a healthy software company that is continuing to gain traction and adoption in the market. I would highly recommend Chase to anyone looking to work with an extremely talented and friendly software engineer who can seamlessly plug into your team and start adding value to your company!

Before you commit

What if we need discovery first?

The scoping call is free. If we need to investigate the product or technology before quoting, we propose a paid discovery phase with a defined scope. Otherwise, we include product definition in the build.

What if my budget doesn’t cover the whole vision?

We look for a useful first release within your budget and price future phases separately. Builds range from $10K to $75K, with a fixed quote based on scope and complexity.

How do changes work?

We agree on scope and included reviews before starting. When you want to add something, we can agree to swap out comparable work we haven’t built, save it for later, or quote it separately.

What do you need from me?

You explain how the industry works, help us reach prospective users, and supply the materials we need. Choose one person to make decisions and gather feedback within three business days. Delayed feedback can move the launch date.

Who owns the software?

You own project-specific deliverables under the payment terms, with code and account access. Third-party software and reusable components retain their applicable licenses.

What happens after launch?

You receive operating documentation, training, 30-day defect coverage, and a post-launch review. We can continue building together through a separate development or support engagement.

Will this guarantee a new revenue stream?

We deliver software ready for the agreed customer use cases. You own customer acquisition and business decisions. Demand, sales, and AI recommendations aren’t guaranteed.
